The MD40 ToneX captures are based on a Morgan Dual 40, a hand-wired EL84 amp that blends the best of vintage British chime with a more refined, well-rounded response. This amp has been my personal workhorse for over 15 years, delivering everything from pristine cleans to harmonically rich breakup.
